REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
  • Description:
    Determines the value of improved or unimproved property for purchase, sale, investment, mortgage or loan purposes. Includes (a) State Licensed Appraisers who may perform non-complex 1-4 unit residential appraisals up to a transaction value of $1,000,000 and complex 1-4 unit residential appraisals up to a transaction value $250,000, (b) Certified Residential Appraisers who may perform 1-4 unit residential appraisals without regard to transaction value or complexity or non-residential appraisals up to a transaction value of $250,000 without regard to complexity, and (c) Certified General Appraisers who may perform appraisals of all types of real property without regard to transaction value or complexity.
